Positions : SE/SSE/Lead Exp : 3 to 10 yrs Job Description : o Demonstrates an ability to lead the AC Platform team, able to set goals and plan for their successful achievement. o Is an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills Able to constructively manage inputs from a variety of engineers with multi-cultural backgrounds. o Has strong documentation skills and is able to provide regular updates to wider development team.   o Expert in 3G / UMTI. o Expert coding skills in C++ o Good knowledge on SS7, Work experience would be beneficial. o Experience into call processing/call control o Expert in ALCAP and RANAP protocols. o Excellent Object-oriented design skills, preferably using UML o Excellent understanding of developing real-time multi-processor, multi-threaded, event-driven software. o Good understanding of Project planning tools such as MS Project. o Good understanding of developing UNIX/Linux applications. o Good understanding of tools for source code control. o Familiar of automated software testing mechanisms, e.g. cppunit. o Familiar with, testing, profiling, memory leak detection, etc. o Familiar with IP networking standards o Familiar with high availability middleware would be beneficial.
