Details		Must have hands on experience on .Net 3.5 (ASP .Net with C#) development with MVC3, Entity Framework 4.1, JQuery, AJAX. Must have hands on experience on SQL Server 2008/ 2010 and good to have SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Strong OOPS, Object-Oriented Design, UML. Excellent communication (Oral and Written)skills. Should be able to work independently with the client. Knowledge of SSRS would be a great Advantage
