Referral program in Cognizant on Multiple Technologies

How to refer?
Step 1. Log on using the provided link: https://cworld.cognizant.com/MyCognizant/Pages/MyReferral.aspx
Step 2. Read the referral policy document pertaining to India, agree to abide by it by checking the relevant box and then click INDIA.
Step 3. Click ‘Search Criteria’ button under ‘Job Search -> Search’ functionality
Step 4. Search for the relevant Requisition ID which are mentioned in the Job Number field [e.g.: GTO-Java COE /Adv Web Solution / 3777271etc] and upload the profiles.
Step 5. After profile is uploaded successfully, please email the profiles to the concerned POC as below:
