Position Description

 

Ø  Provides technical leadership and mentoring to project teams. 

Ø  Interface with the onsite team, development team, Project Manager, environment management and Quality control team and collate requirements so as to analyze the requirements for feasibility and completeness. 

Ø  Provide accurate high level and detailed effort estimates for the stated requirements 

Ø   Provide technical guidance to team members. This will include activities such as helping resolve issues, researching optimal solutions to technical issues, and performing technical troubleshooting as and when required. 

Ø  Allocate work to team members in line with capability and complexity. 

Ø  Track and monitor project status so as to ensure delivery of output in line with schedule and quality norms. 

Ø  Guide and monitor team members. This includes motivating the team to enhance productivity, providing input for performance reviews and identifying and providing for appropriate training and coaching. 

Ø  Assign production support issues to team members for thorough and timely resolution; also perform independent production support activities for critical and complex issues, by providing root cause analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs. 

Ø  The role holder will guide and monitor a team to build, deploy and configure the application in a specific environment.

Ø  Mentoring of Bill Pay and Web Security implementation teams.

Ø  Handle Accenture Change Management support teams.

Ø  The role holder will also guide and monitor a team of  developers for automation and maintenance of in house applications and Share point sites.

Skills Required

Ø  Exposure to multiple Middle-ware Technologies

Ø  Exposure to multiple Source code management tools.

Ø  Knowledge on Siteminder and LDAP

Ø  Knowledge on Change Management  Process and procedures.

Ø  Exposure to .Net Frame work and Microsoft Share Point.

Experience

Ø  8+ years of  relevant experience in the IT industry

Educational Qualifications Required

 

Ø  Engineering Degree or MCA

Requirements:

Ø  One Year in the current position.

Ø  Applicant should have a minimum rating of 3 in his/her last appraisal.

Ø  No Manager Level counseling on performance and disciplinary record in the last 12 months
